CEO/CISO: David Fuller, MBA

David has had an incredible professioinal journey, from writing code in his early 20s to managing large teams of IT an CX professionals (at Seagate) in his early 30s, to becoming a CX industry thought-leader, product management/marketing specialist in his late 30s and then running a CX strategic consulting in his 40s at Interactive Intelligence (now Genesys).

Then his career went in a completely different direction — co-founding two cloud-native commercial SaaS companies in health-tech and cybersecurity. The cybersecurity company became a Unicorn.

Along the way, David stayed current on IT as it moved from PCs to LANs, then on to client-server architectures, next to hosted datacenters and on to the Cloud. He also stayed up on development and engineering strategies that drove how cybersecurity and API-first, cloud architectures have come to the forefront of digital business.

Personally, David enjoys his time with family, mountain ultramarathon trail running, and all things outdoors.
